For a bouquet in one colour, choose gerberas in similar shades. For a mixed-colour bouquet, combine a few tones: white and pink for a softer choice, or yellow and orange for someone who enjoys bright colours. If you want a particular shade, send us a reference before ordering. Screens and lighting can change how colours appear.
The difference between gerberas and germini
Germini are gerberas with smaller flower heads. They are cut flowers used in both compact arrangements and larger bouquets. You may see both names in product titles; the composition lists the flower type and stem count. If you specifically want large gerberas, tell us before ordering.
Small and large gerbera bouquets
For a small gift, choose a compact arrangement and simple wrapping. A large bouquet can use one colour or several shades. Its size depends on the stem count, flower diameter and arrangement. Tell us whether you want a large bouquet for an anniversary or a smaller one for a desk.
White, pink, yellow and red gerberas
White and cream gerberas work with pastel wrapping, while pink flowers can range from pale to deeper shades. Yellow and orange stand out in a mixed-colour bouquet. Red gerberas can be given on their own or combined with white. Choose what the recipient likes, and confirm the shade and availability for your delivery date with the florist.
Gerberas on their own or with other flowers
A bouquet made only of gerberas lets you choose one flower type and adjust the stem count to your budget. For a mix, gerberas can be combined with roses, chrysanthemums or lisianthus. The size of the other flowers matters so that smaller germini remain visible. Send your preferred composition or a reference photograph, and the florist will check whether it can be made for your chosen date.
Gerberas for a birthday, your mum or a teacher
For your mum or a friend, choose their favourite shade. If the flowers are for a teacher or colleague, consider whether the bouquet will be easy to carry and put on a table. A small germini bouquet suits a compact gift with simple wrapping. For an anniversary, you can choose more stems.
Bouquet prices and wrapping
The price depends on the flower variety, stem count and wrapping. Two bouquets with the same flowers may have different finishes and prices. Open the product you like and check the composition and price in lei. If you want a different number of flowers or wrapping, discuss it with the MURCI team. We confirm the total and availability before payment.
How to order gerberas for delivery
Send your chosen bouquet, date and recipient address. For delivery today, the team first checks the flowers and a courier window. We photograph the finished bouquet before handing it to the courier. You can also collect it from the shop at 24 Ion Dumeniuc Street once we confirm that it is ready.
Caring for gerberas and germini
Put the flowers in a clean vase, recut the stems and keep an eye on the water. Replace it when dirty, and keep leaves and wrapping out of the water. The vase should support the stems, with enough room for flower heads to sit without pressing against a wall or each other. Keep the bouquet away from radiators and direct sunlight. If the stems lean badly after arrival, send a photograph to the MURCI team.
