What information is needed to order flowers, how it is used and how to contact us about your personal data.

Data we process
Orders and delivery
The customer's name, phone and email; products, order amount and status; the recipient's name and phone, delivery address, date and instructions. When sending flowers to someone else, provide only the details needed for delivery.
Your messages
Card messages, comments, correspondence and photos you send in connection with a request. Avoid sharing sensitive information that is not needed for your order.
Using the website
IP address, browser, device information, technical logs and cookies may be processed to operate the website. External services loaded from a page receive the information needed to establish a connection.
Purposes and legal grounds
Fulfilling your order
Order details are used for confirmation, preparation, payment, delivery, collection and communication. Without the required information, we cannot complete the requested service.
Legal duties and security
Transaction documents and requests may be retained for accounting and legal obligations. Website security and handling claims may rely on legitimate interests, subject to the rights of the people concerned.
Consent
Where consent is required, it is requested for the stated purpose. Reading this policy or placing an order does not by itself mean agreeing to advertising messages.
Recipients and retention
Who may receive data
Depending on the service: the team handling your order, the courier, payment provider and relevant technical suppliers. Authorities may receive data where a legal duty applies. Access should be limited to each recipient's purpose.
External services
The map loads data from OpenStreetMap. Google Maps, WhatsApp and Telegram links open services with their own privacy policies. These services may process data in other countries; the countries and applicable safeguards need to be assessed for the providers used.
How long data is kept
Retention depends on the purpose: completing an order, resolving a request, meeting legal duties or defending legal claims. Withdrawing consent does not override mandatory retention obligations. You can request information about the period applicable to your data.
Your rights
Access and control
Subject to legal conditions, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, and object to processing. You can withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
Making a request
Email office@murci.md, explain your request and include the relevant email address or order number. Identity verification may be needed to protect your data. Do not send copies of identity documents unless requested.
Complaints
You can contact Moldova's National Center for Personal Data Protection (CNPDCP). This policy is updated when the practices described change; the version date appears at the top.
