As early as possible, especially before holidays. This gives us time to reserve the flowers and your preferred window. Urgent orders depend on stock and courier availability.
Will I receive a photo of the bouquet?
Yes. We photograph every bouquet before handing it to the courier.
What happens if the recipient does not answer?
The courier waits 10-15 minutes. If delivery is not possible, the bouquet returns to the shop, we arrange a new time, and redelivery costs 100 MDL.
Can the delivery be anonymous?
Yes. We keep your name private. If you do not want us to call the recipient, provide the full address and clear courier instructions in advance.
How does the flower guarantee work?
The guarantee is valid for 24 hours after delivery. Send photos and the order number to meow@murci.md or via chat, and we will review the case and agree on a solution.
Can I change the time or address?
Yes, if you tell us before the courier leaves. A late change may affect the delivery window or route cost.
Can I cancel the order?
Yes, 5-6 hours before delivery. For later cancellations, we check whether the bouquet has already been assembled and which costs have been incurred.
How do I get help with an order?
