Is delivery in Chișinău free?
Yes. Standard delivery across Chișinău municipality from 09:00 to 21:00 is free in an available two-hour window.
Can you deliver at an exact time?
Yes. Delivery at a fixed hour confirmed in advance costs 100 MDL.
Do you offer express delivery?
Yes, subject to the required flowers and a courier being available. Delivery within one hour after confirmation costs 150 MDL.
Do you deliver at night?
Yes. Delivery after 21:00 costs 150 MDL. The order must be confirmed in advance during the shop’s daytime opening hours.
Do you deliver outside the municipality?
Yes. The rate is 15 MDL per kilometre from the municipal boundary to the address. We confirm the distance and total before payment.
Recipient and order details
What happens if the recipient does not answer?
The courier waits for 10–15 minutes and contacts the customer. If handover is not possible, the bouquet returns to the shop. We arrange a new time separately; redelivery costs 100 MDL.
Can delivery be anonymous?
Yes. We keep the sender’s name private. If the recipient must not be called, provide the full address, access details and clear courier instructions in advance.
Will I receive a photo of the bouquet?
Yes. We photograph every finished bouquet before handing it to the courier.
Can I change the address or time?
Contact us before the courier leaves. We check the new route and an available window; a late change may affect the timing or cost.
