Withdrawal at any time

You can withdraw consent as easily as you gave it by writing to the controller.

This consent applies where processing is based specifically on consent. Data needed to fulfil an order, maintain accounting or tax records, address claims and meet legal duties may be processed under other lawful bases.

Full bank card details are not entered in MURCI forms. The payment provider processes them in its secure environment, while the shop receives information needed to confirm the payment.

to place, confirm, prepare, charge for, deliver or hand over the order;
to clarify the recipient, address, time, bouquet, substitution or card message;
to handle a quality issue, refund, support request or other enquiry;
to operate and secure the website, retain the cart and identify technical errors;
to retain the visit source and identify the channel that led to an order.

Operations involving data

Collection, recording, organisation, storage, updating, use, access or transfer to the extent required, restriction, anonymisation, deletion and destruction.

Who may receive data

Only to the extent needed for a specific task: the courier, bank or payment provider, communications provider, hosting and technical contractors, and a public authority when required by law.

This consent does not cover advertising messages. Marketing communications require a separate choice by the user.

How long consent lasts

Until the stated purpose has been achieved or consent is withdrawn. If the law or another lawful basis requires some information to be retained for longer, withdrawal does not stop that processing.

How to withdraw consent

Email office@murci.md with the subject “Withdrawal of consent”. Include the phone number or email used for the order so we can locate your data. Withdrawal applies to future processing and does not affect processing carried out lawfully before it.

You may also request

access to your data and information about its processing;
correction of inaccurate data;
deletion or restriction where the relevant grounds apply;
data portability and an objection to processing where applicable;
review by the controller or lodge a complaint with the CNPDCP.
