MURCI
Website rules
The terms for using the MURCI website and the information to check before ordering flowers.

Orders and confirmation
Order details
Choose a product and provide the necessary details: your name and contact number, recipient, address, date and card message, if needed. Check the information before submitting it.
Availability and substitutions
The arrangement, flower availability, address, time slot and total are confirmed for your order. If an item is unavailable, any substitution should be discussed before preparation. Natural flowers can vary in shade and opening stage; this does not justify an unapproved change to the agreed order.
Prices and payment
Prices are in Moldovan lei (MDL). Check the total, including delivery and additional services, before payment. Use a method available at checkout or confirmed directly by MURCI. Keep your order and payment confirmations.
Delivery and collection
Address and time
For Chișinău and other addresses, check the delivery terms and confirm availability for your destination. A specific time, urgent delivery or delivery to a particular area needs confirmation.
Collecting from the shop
The shop is at 24 Ion Dumeniuc Street, Chișinău, open 09:00–21:00. Wait for confirmation that your bouquet is ready before collecting it. Online orders can be submitted 24/7; the shop has separate opening hours.
Changing delivery details
Tell us promptly if the address, phone number or recipient's availability changes. Possible changes and any cost of a new route are discussed before delivery continues.
Changes and complaints
Changing or cancelling an order
Contact us promptly with the order number. The available solution depends on the preparation stage and applicable legal conditions. Wait for confirmation of the change; sending a message alone does not confirm it has been made.
A problem on arrival
If the bouquet is damaged or does not match the order, email meow@murci.md or call us. Include the order number, a description and photos if available. See the freshness guarantee page for the reporting procedure.
Returns and your rights
Legal exceptions to withdrawal rights may apply to perishable or personalised goods. These exceptions do not remove your rights concerning goods that do not conform to the order. Complaints are resolved according to the circumstances and statutory consumer rights.
Using the website
Responsible use
Provide accurate order details. Do not send spam, unlawful material or content that infringes others' rights. Do not attempt to access other people's accounts or disrupt the website.
Data and content
See the privacy policy for information about your data and the recipient's details. Photos, text and visual identity may be protected by copyright; reuse must respect the rights of their owners.
Updates and disputes
The current version date appears at the top. Updating these rules does not automatically change terms already confirmed for an order. You can contact us for clarification while retaining the right to approach the consumer protection authority or a competent court.
