Questions about paying for flowers

Choose Online payment and place your order. Our manager will contact you to confirm the details and an available payment method, including whether your Visa or Mastercard can be used. The website does not charge your card when you place the order.

Tell us the country where your card was issued and your preferred delivery date. An available method for Russian-issued cards must be confirmed separately. Do not assume every card will be accepted automatically.

Availability depends on the payment method and order terms. If your preferred option is not offered at checkout, agree it with us before paying. Do not transfer money using unconfirmed payment details.

MURCI prices are in Moldovan lei (MDL). Our manager will confirm the total and payment method after you place your order. Ask your bank about conversion and any fees for a foreign-issued card.

Wait for our manager to contact you after you place your order. Together we will confirm the items, delivery date and method, delivery cost and total, then arrange payment.

Check your details, card limits and permission for online purchases with your bank. If payment still fails, send us the order number and error message. If you have already been charged, do not repeat the payment until its status has been checked.

Email meow@murci.md with your order number. If buying for a company, provide its name, company details and required documents in advance.

Contact MURCI with your order number and explain the situation. For two charges, provide both amounts and transaction times. We will check the payment and order terms; next steps and timing are clarified for your case.
