Our freshness guarantee lasts for 24 hours from delivery. If a problem appears within that time, we will review it and agree on a replacement, exchange or refund.

We preserve the design, palette and proportions shown. Shade and bloom stage may vary because flowers are natural. If a flower must be substituted, we agree on the option before dispatch.

Trim the stems with a clean tool, change the water daily and keep the bouquet away from direct sun, radiators and fruit. Remove any leaves below the waterline.

Yes. The route from the municipality boundary to the address is charged at 15 MDL/km. We confirm the fee before payment.

Street, building number, flat or office, entrance and a landmark if the location is hard to find. For an address outside the municipality, include the locality.

Select online payment at checkout: we will contact you to arrange the payment method. You can also pay cash to the courier, or by card or cash in the shop. For payments from abroad, check the available options with us beforehand.

Cancellation is available at least 5-6 hours before delivery. Send the consultant your order number.

Yes. Let us know as early as possible; we will check the courier schedule and confirm a new available window.

The customer’s name and phone number, the address and delivery window, plus the recipient’s name and phone number. For anonymous delivery, specify whether we may call the recipient.
