Wine and deep cherry shades
Burgundy does not identify one variety or an exact colour. Some flowers appear redder, others have a cooler cherry tone. If you want a very dark bouquet, discuss its appearance in ordinary light. A darkened photograph makes the real shade hard to judge. For matching decorations, send several examples and indicate the closest one.
Wrapping a dark-coloured bouquet
Light wrapping separates the outline of dark flowers, while foliage helps show their shape. Dark wrapping gives a more uniform appearance, so check whether petal details remain visible. Paper and ribbons must not obstruct opening. For a large bouquet, consider weight and transport too.
Burgundy peonies with white, pink and coral flowers
White flowers create contrast, pink makes a softer transition, and coral adds warmth. Keep peonies as the main flowers or include roses and lisianthus. For a bridal bouquet, show the dress and decorations: dark accents need to be agreed within the overall composition rather than from one bud.
Size, price and ordering
Discuss a compact shape for a small gift or a larger bouquet or box for an anniversary. The price depends on variety, supply, stem count and wrapping. We confirm preparation for your date separately. Give the preferred opening stage: tight buds do not show the final bouquet width.
What to check on arrival
Dark colour alone does not establish freshness or fragrance. Check petals, stems and vase water. Recut the stems, remove submerged leaves and keep flowers away from direct heat. If the bouquet deteriorates quickly, send MURCI an overall photograph and a close-up of the flower.
