We prepare bouquets from fresh flowers and stand behind the condition of every order at handover. If you notice wilted buds or courier damage, contact us within 24 hours with a photo and order number - we will replace the flowers or issue a refund.

Cut flowers are living products. Plants of proper quality cannot be returned or exchanged. After 24 hours, bouquet freshness depends on care: water, trimming and room temperature.

• Before placing the flowers in a vase, cut 1-2 cm from the stems at an angle.
• Add Chrysal flower food to the water - a sachet and instructions are included.
• Change the water and trim the stems every day.
• Keep the bouquet in a cool place away from sun, drafts and heat.
