We prepare bouquets from fresh flowers and stand behind the condition of every order at handover. If you notice wilted buds or courier damage, contact us within 24 hours with a photo and order number - we will replace the flowers or issue a refund.
Cut flowers are living products. Plants of proper quality cannot be returned or exchanged. After 24 hours, bouquet freshness depends on care: water, trimming and room temperature.
- Before placing the flowers in a vase, cut 1-2 cm from the stems at an angle.
- Add Chrysal flower food to the water - a sachet and instructions are included.
- Change the water and trim the stems every day.
- Keep the bouquet in a cool place away from sun, drafts and heat.

Description
Toffifee hazelnut candies are a separate sweet addition to a flower order. They are shown in their branded box, outside the bouquet; they do not form part of the floral composition or replace any flowers or wrapping.
Choose them when you want to send something sweet with the flowers. Consider the recipient's hazelnut allergies, and check the packaging for the full ingredients, allergen information and storage instructions. Adding the candies to the order and delivering them with the bouquet is arranged at confirmation.

Получательница отдельно похвалила свежесть цветов. Букет привезли к началу праздника, как и договаривались.
