We prepare bouquets from fresh flowers and stand behind the condition of every order at handover. If you notice wilted buds or courier damage, contact us within 24 hours with a photo and order number - we will replace the flowers or issue a refund.
Cut flowers are living products. Plants of proper quality cannot be returned or exchanged. After 24 hours, bouquet freshness depends on care: water, trimming and room temperature.
- Before placing the flowers in a vase, cut 1-2 cm from the stems at an angle.
- Add Chrysal flower food to the water - a sachet and instructions are included.
- Change the water and trim the stems every day.
- Keep the bouquet in a cool place away from sun, drafts and heat.

Description
Eleven red roses at 100 cm are tied with vivid pink ribbon. Long leafy stems remain exposed beneath the gathered flowers. The photographs show an elongated bouquet without paper wrapping or other flower varieties.
The 11-stem option keeps the tall rose outline with a smaller flower section than the 21- or 25-stem versions. Three views show the blooms, binding and leaves along the stems. Use a stable vase: a small, lightweight vessel may tip over with long stems. You can shorten the roses after receiving them if you prefer.
Refresh the cut ends and remove any leaves that would be submerged. Use clean water, replace it regularly and keep the flowers away from heat. We send a photograph of the finished bouquet before dispatch. Delivery in Chișinău is arranged within a confirmed window, or collect from the shop once it is ready.

O surpriză care a reușit
Destinatara preferă compozițiile naturale și aerisite. Nuanța trandafirilor a fost vie și uniformă. A arătat foarte bine și în fotografii. Am folosit reducerea de client permanent.
