We prepare bouquets from fresh flowers and stand behind the condition of every order at handover. If you notice wilted buds or courier damage, contact us within 24 hours with a photo and order number - we will replace the flowers or issue a refund.
Cut flowers are living products. Plants of proper quality cannot be returned or exchanged. After 24 hours, bouquet freshness depends on care: water, trimming and room temperature.
- Before placing the flowers in a vase, cut 1-2 cm from the stems at an angle.
- Add Chrysal flower food to the water - a sachet and instructions are included.
- Change the water and trim the stems every day.
- Keep the bouquet in a cool place away from sun, drafts and heat.

Description
A heart-shaped box holds 15 orchid blooms in pink and white shades with two stems of pistacia greenery. Contrasting flower centres show among the broad petals, while foliage outlines the arrangement. The count is for cut orchid blooms in the display, not for 15 potted plants.
The box is part of the presentation, ready to set on a stable surface. Protect the table from moisture and keep the flowers away from heat. Ask for the appropriate water-topping instructions for this container when it arrives.
We send a photo of the finished order before handing it to the courier. Delivery in Chișinău or collection from the shop is arranged when the order is confirmed.
