We prepare bouquets from fresh flowers and stand behind the condition of every order at handover. If you notice wilted buds or courier damage, contact us within 24 hours with a photo and order number - we will replace the flowers or issue a refund.
Cut flowers are living products. Plants of proper quality cannot be returned or exchanged. After 24 hours, bouquet freshness depends on care: water, trimming and room temperature.
- Before placing the flowers in a vase, cut 1-2 cm from the stems at an angle.
- Add Chrysal flower food to the water - a sachet and instructions are included.
- Change the water and trim the stems every day.
- Keep the bouquet in a cool place away from sun, drafts and heat.

Description
This bouquet contains 21 red roses at 100 cm, with the stems and green leaves left exposed. A red ribbon is tied low on the bundle, its long tails falling beside the stems. In the photograph the bouquet is held at an angle, showing both the rounded flowers and the long stem line.
This is the 21-stem option in the one-metre rose range. The close-up shows the closely gathered flowers and darker folds at the centres of the petals. There are no additional flower varieties, basket or box in the arrangement.
Prepare a stable vase that can support long stems. Refresh the cut ends and remove lower leaves before placing the roses in water. Replace the water regularly and avoid direct sunlight. A finished-bouquet photo is sent before dispatch; choose a confirmed delivery window in Chișinău or shop pickup once readiness is confirmed.
