We prepare bouquets from fresh flowers and stand behind the condition of every order at handover. If you notice wilted buds or courier damage, contact us within 24 hours with a photo and order number - we will replace the flowers or issue a refund.
Cut flowers are living products. Plants of proper quality cannot be returned or exchanged. After 24 hours, bouquet freshness depends on care: water, trimming and room temperature.
- Before placing the flowers in a vase, cut 1-2 cm from the stems at an angle.
- Add Chrysal flower food to the water - a sachet and instructions are included.
- Change the water and trim the stems every day.
- Keep the bouquet in a cool place away from sun, drafts and heat.

Description
The gift combines 25 white tulips with one box of Raffaello chocolates. White paper and ribbon finish the bouquet; the chocolate box is supplied separately rather than placed among the flowers. It is an option for sending flowers and a sweet gift together in one order.
On arrival, put the tulips in clean water and store the chocolates as directed on their packaging. Check the Raffaello label for ingredients and allergen information before eating them.
We send a photo of the finished order before handing it to the courier. Delivery in Chișinău or collection from the shop is arranged when the order is confirmed.
