We prepare bouquets from fresh flowers and stand behind the condition of every order at handover. If you notice wilted buds or courier damage, contact us within 24 hours with a photo and order number - we will replace the flowers or issue a refund.
Cut flowers are living products. Plants of proper quality cannot be returned or exchanged. After 24 hours, bouquet freshness depends on care: water, trimming and room temperature.
- Before placing the flowers in a vase, cut 1-2 cm from the stems at an angle.
- Add Chrysal flower food to the water - a sachet and instructions are included.
- Change the water and trim the stems every day.
- Keep the bouquet in a cool place away from sun, drafts and heat.

Description
Five burgundy cymbidium flowers and six eucalyptus stems are arranged in a white handled gift box. Broad wine-red petals surround creamy, speckled centres, while rounded foliage adds grey-lilac and pink accents. The flowers extend sideways beyond the box rim.
Burgundy describes the orchids’ colour; no wine or other drinks are included. This is a cut-flower arrangement ready to stand on a stable surface. Protect furniture from moisture. If the floral support inside needs water, add a small amount at the base without wetting the cardboard or petals. Leave the flowers in their arranged positions rather than removing them from the support.
We send a photograph of the arrangement before dispatch. Delivery in Chișinău or collection from the shop is available.
