We prepare bouquets from fresh flowers and stand behind the condition of every order at handover. If you notice wilted buds or courier damage, contact us within 24 hours with a photo and order number - we will replace the flowers or issue a refund.
Cut flowers are living products. Plants of proper quality cannot be returned or exchanged. After 24 hours, bouquet freshness depends on care: water, trimming and room temperature.
- Before placing the flowers in a vase, cut 1-2 cm from the stems at an angle.
- Add Chrysal flower food to the water - a sachet and instructions are included.
- Change the water and trim the stems every day.
- Keep the bouquet in a cool place away from sun, drafts and heat.

Description
101 red Kenyan roses are arranged in a woven basket with a handle and a pale ribbon. The flowers make a dense rounded surface above the basket rim. This presentation can stand on a table or stable support without transferring the roses into a vase.
The composition includes floral foam that holds the stems in place. Check that it stays moist and add water gradually between the flowers without soaking the basket exterior. Do not pull out stems to recut them, as this would change the arrangement. Support the base with both hands when moving it rather than relying only on the decorated handle. Keep it away from direct sun, radiators and hot surfaces.
We send a photograph of the prepared arrangement before delivery. Chișinău delivery or shop collection is arranged when the order is confirmed.
