We prepare bouquets from fresh flowers and stand behind the condition of every order at handover. If you notice wilted buds or courier damage, contact us within 24 hours with a photo and order number - we will replace the flowers or issue a refund.
Cut flowers are living products. Plants of proper quality cannot be returned or exchanged. After 24 hours, bouquet freshness depends on care: water, trimming and room temperature.
- Before placing the flowers in a vase, cut 1-2 cm from the stems at an angle.
- Add Chrysal flower food to the water - a sachet and instructions are included.
- Change the water and trim the stems every day.
- Keep the bouquet in a cool place away from sun, drafts and heat.

Description
Eleven red roses form a compact bouquet in white wrapping with a burgundy ribbon. The dark red flowers remain the main accent, with no other flower types included. A translucent white layer separates the petals from the outer wrapping.
The eleven-stem count distinguishes this from the nine-rose bouquet. Refresh the cut ends before placing the flowers in a clean vase, and remove leaves below the waterline. Change the water regularly so plant debris does not accumulate. Keep the bouquet away from radiators and direct sun.
We send a photograph of the prepared bouquet before delivery. Chișinău delivery or shop collection is arranged when the order is confirmed.
