We prepare bouquets from fresh flowers and stand behind the condition of every order at handover. If you notice wilted buds or courier damage, contact us within 24 hours with a photo and order number - we will replace the flowers or issue a refund.
Cut flowers are living products. Plants of proper quality cannot be returned or exchanged. After 24 hours, bouquet freshness depends on care: water, trimming and room temperature.
- Before placing the flowers in a vase, cut 1-2 cm from the stems at an angle.
- Add Chrysal flower food to the water - a sachet and instructions are included.
- Change the water and trim the stems every day.
- Keep the bouquet in a cool place away from sun, drafts and heat.

Description
Thirteen cream Candlelight roses sit in white wrapping finished with a pale ribbon. Their centres have many layers of petals, with green leaves visible beneath the flowers.
This is a softly coloured choice for someone who prefers pale flowers. The wrapping gives it a defined outline and distinguishes it from the Candlelight versions tied with ribbon alone.
Before placing the bouquet in a vase, refresh the stem ends and remove any leaves that would sit in water. Use a clean vase, change the water regularly and keep it away from heat.
We send a photo of the finished bouquet before dispatch. Choose delivery in Chișinău or shop pickup after we confirm it is ready. Flower availability and the delivery window are confirmed when you order.
