We prepare bouquets from fresh flowers and stand behind the condition of every order at handover. If you notice wilted buds or courier damage, contact us within 24 hours with a photo and order number - we will replace the flowers or issue a refund.
Cut flowers are living products. Plants of proper quality cannot be returned or exchanged. After 24 hours, bouquet freshness depends on care: water, trimming and room temperature.
- Before placing the flowers in a vase, cut 1-2 cm from the stems at an angle.
- Add Chrysal flower food to the water - a sachet and instructions are included.
- Change the water and trim the stems every day.
- Keep the bouquet in a cool place away from sun, drafts and heat.

Description
With 15 stems, the individual Columbus flowers are easy to distinguish: layered pink-red petals edged in a lighter shade. Pink wrapping with a white lining echoes their colours. This is the lower stem-count option for someone who likes this tulip but does not want a densely filled bouquet.
The photographs show partly open flowers, and their appearance may develop after arrival. Place the stems in clean water without submerging the leaves, and keep the bunch away from heat.
We send a photo of the finished order before handing it to the courier. Delivery in Chișinău or collection from the shop is arranged when the order is confirmed.
