We prepare bouquets from fresh flowers and stand behind the condition of every order at handover. If you notice wilted buds or courier damage, contact us within 24 hours with a photo and order number - we will replace the flowers or issue a refund.
Cut flowers are living products. Plants of proper quality cannot be returned or exchanged. After 24 hours, bouquet freshness depends on care: water, trimming and room temperature.
- Before placing the flowers in a vase, cut 1-2 cm from the stems at an angle.
- Add Chrysal flower food to the water - a sachet and instructions are included.
- Change the water and trim the stems every day.
- Keep the bouquet in a cool place away from sun, drafts and heat.

Description
Fifteen red roses with stems listed at 120 cm are tied with red ribbon. The full view shows the long leafy section below the flowers; the close-up reveals red petals around more tightly gathered centres.
This option contains 15 roses, with the stated 120 cm stem length distinguishing it from the one-metre bouquets. There is no bulky wrapping or additional flower variety. To keep the long stems intact, plan for a tall, stable vase and enough clear space where the bouquet will stand.
After receiving the roses, refresh the cut ends and remove leaves that would sit below the waterline. Replace the water regularly and keep the flowers away from sunlight and heating. We send a finished-bouquet photo before dispatch. Choose delivery in Chișinău within a confirmed window or shop pickup once readiness is confirmed.
