We prepare bouquets from fresh flowers and stand behind the condition of every order at handover. If you notice wilted buds or courier damage, contact us within 24 hours with a photo and order number - we will replace the flowers or issue a refund.
Cut flowers are living products. Plants of proper quality cannot be returned or exchanged. After 24 hours, bouquet freshness depends on care: water, trimming and room temperature.
- Before placing the flowers in a vase, cut 1-2 cm from the stems at an angle.
- Add Chrysal flower food to the water - a sachet and instructions are included.
- Change the water and trim the stems every day.
- Keep the bouquet in a cool place away from sun, drafts and heat.

Description
This version pairs 15 white tulips with pale wrapping and white ribbon. Leaves remain between the flowers, and the paper follows their outline without a contrasting colour. If you are comparing the same stem count, this is the light-wrapped option rather than the version in pink paper.
Put the flowers in clean water on arrival and keep the leaves above the waterline. Tulips may shift direction and open further, so allow space around them and avoid placing the vase next to a heat source.
We send a photo of the finished order before handing it to the courier. Delivery in Chișinău or collection from the shop is arranged when the order is confirmed.
