We prepare bouquets from fresh flowers and stand behind the condition of every order at handover. If you notice wilted buds or courier damage, contact us within 24 hours with a photo and order number - we will replace the flowers or issue a refund.
Cut flowers are living products. Plants of proper quality cannot be returned or exchanged. After 24 hours, bouquet freshness depends on care: water, trimming and room temperature.
- Before placing the flowers in a vase, cut 1-2 cm from the stems at an angle.
- Add Chrysal flower food to the water - a sachet and instructions are included.
- Change the water and trim the stems every day.
- Keep the bouquet in a cool place away from sun, drafts and heat.

Description
Nine red roses are framed by white wrapping with a black outline and tied with a red ribbon. The rounded flower group sits below the geometric edges of the wrapping. Roses are the only flower type in the composition.
Compared with the eleven-rose option, this bouquet has nine stems and a visible black-edged presentation. Refresh the cut ends after receiving it and place the flowers in a clean vase. Remove leaves that would be submerged and change the water regularly. Avoid direct sunlight and sources of heat.
We send a photograph of the prepared bouquet before delivery. Chișinău delivery or shop collection is arranged when the order is confirmed.

Nouă trandafiri foarte bine aranjați
Buchetul are o formă compactă și ordonată.
