We prepare bouquets from fresh flowers and stand behind the condition of every order at handover. If you notice wilted buds or courier damage, contact us within 24 hours with a photo and order number - we will replace the flowers or issue a refund.
Cut flowers are living products. Plants of proper quality cannot be returned or exchanged. After 24 hours, bouquet freshness depends on care: water, trimming and room temperature.
- Before placing the flowers in a vase, cut 1-2 cm from the stems at an angle.
- Add Chrysal flower food to the water - a sachet and instructions are included.
- Change the water and trim the stems every day.
- Keep the bouquet in a cool place away from sun, drafts and heat.

Description
Nine stems of white lilies are tied with a blue ribbon, with no paper around the flowers. Long green leaves remain part of the silhouette, and open white flowers sit among elongated buds. The stated quantity counts stems rather than every flower and bud carried on them.
The elongated bouquet needs a stable vase that supports the stems. Its outline changes as the buds open, so the stage of opening matters when choosing this style. Recut the stems before placing them in clean water and remove leaves that would sit below the waterline. Refresh the water regularly, keep the bouquet away from heat and handle the petals gently.
A photograph of the prepared order is sent before dispatch. Delivery in Chișinău and shop collection are available.
