We prepare bouquets from fresh flowers and stand behind the condition of every order at handover. If you notice wilted buds or courier damage, contact us within 24 hours with a photo and order number - we will replace the flowers or issue a refund.
Cut flowers are living products. Plants of proper quality cannot be returned or exchanged. After 24 hours, bouquet freshness depends on care: water, trimming and room temperature.
- Before placing the flowers in a vase, cut 1-2 cm from the stems at an angle.
- Add Chrysal flower food to the water - a sachet and instructions are included.
- Change the water and trim the stems every day.
- Keep the bouquet in a cool place away from sun, drafts and heat.

Description
Yellow flowers stand out against grey-lilac wrapping in this nine-tulip bouquet. Green leaves remain between the buds, with a pale ribbon at the base. Compared with a kraft-wrapped yellow bouquet, this paper gives the bright flower colour a cooler surround.
These are cut flowers to transfer to a vase after arrival. Remove leaves below the waterline and refresh the stem ends. Change the water regularly and keep the bouquet out of direct sunlight.
We send a photo of the finished order before handing it to the courier. Delivery in Chișinău or collection from the shop is arranged when the order is confirmed.
