We prepare bouquets from fresh flowers and stand behind the condition of every order at handover. If you notice wilted buds or courier damage, contact us within 24 hours with a photo and order number - we will replace the flowers or issue a refund.
Cut flowers are living products. Plants of proper quality cannot be returned or exchanged. After 24 hours, bouquet freshness depends on care: water, trimming and room temperature.
- Before placing the flowers in a vase, cut 1-2 cm from the stems at an angle.
- Add Chrysal flower food to the water - a sachet and instructions are included.
- Change the water and trim the stems every day.
- Keep the bouquet in a cool place away from sun, drafts and heat.

Description
A broad red bow wraps around a light-coloured round box beneath 11 red roses. The flowers form a close cluster above the rim. Unlike the heart-shaped version, this arrangement has a circular outline with the bow as a visible part of the presentation. It can be displayed without a separate vase.
The 11 stems are supported by floral foam. Do not dismantle the arrangement to change its water; check the support and add water slowly to the foam itself. Keep the cardboard and ribbon dry and display the box away from direct sun and radiator heat.
We send a photograph of the prepared arrangement before delivery. Chișinău delivery or shop collection is arranged when the order is confirmed.

A rămas proaspăt
Nuanța trandafirilor a fost vie și uniformă. Florile au fost fotografiate din toate unghiurile. Jucăria adăugată lângă flori a fost foarte apreciată.
