We prepare bouquets from fresh flowers and stand behind the condition of every order at handover. If you notice wilted buds or courier damage, contact us within 24 hours with a photo and order number - we will replace the flowers or issue a refund.
Cut flowers are living products. Plants of proper quality cannot be returned or exchanged. After 24 hours, bouquet freshness depends on care: water, trimming and room temperature.
- Before placing the flowers in a vase, cut 1-2 cm from the stems at an angle.
- Add Chrysal flower food to the water - a sachet and instructions are included.
- Change the water and trim the stems every day.
- Keep the bouquet in a cool place away from sun, drafts and heat.

Description
Nine stems of white gypsophila fill a pink heart-shaped box. A single pink orchid bloom with a darker centre stands above the small white flowers. The orchid provides a larger focal point, while the edge of the box keeps the heart shape visible.
The orchid is a cut bloom, not a potted plant. You can leave the arrangement in its presentation box after giving it. Keep the flowers away from direct sun and heating. If floral foam holds the stems, add a little water carefully between them to keep the foam moist without soaking the pink cardboard.
We send a photo of the finished order before handing it to the courier. Delivery in Chișinău or collection from the shop is arranged when your order is confirmed.
