We prepare bouquets from fresh flowers and stand behind the condition of every order at handover. If you notice wilted buds or courier damage, contact us within 24 hours with a photo and order number - we will replace the flowers or issue a refund.
Cut flowers are living products. Plants of proper quality cannot be returned or exchanged. After 24 hours, bouquet freshness depends on care: water, trimming and room temperature.
- Before placing the flowers in a vase, cut 1-2 cm from the stems at an angle.
- Add Chrysal flower food to the water - a sachet and instructions are included.
- Change the water and trim the stems every day.
- Keep the bouquet in a cool place away from sun, drafts and heat.

Description
Dusty pink orchids and silvery eucalyptus give this hatbox arrangement a soft, muted colour scheme. Each of the nine orchid blooms has a darker patterned centre. Six eucalyptus stems surround the flowers, with pale green paper above the pink box and its matching ribbon.
The orchids are cut flowers rather than a growing plant. Leave the arrangement in its presentation box and choose a spot away from radiators and direct sunlight. Where floral foam is used, keep it moist by adding water gently between the stems, taking care not to soak the paper or cardboard.
We send a photo of the finished order before handing it to the courier. Delivery in Chișinău or collection from the shop is arranged when your order is confirmed.

O alegere inspirată
Am ales florile pentru ziua mamei. Florile s-au păstrat foarte bine în suport. A arătat foarte bine și în fotografii.
