Delicate basket with flowers in pastel colors

Peach-toned spray-rose rosettes sit alongside white alstroemeria flowers and pale pink chrysanthemums. The composition uses 2 alstroemeria stems, 2 garden spray-rose stems, 2 Altai chrysanthemum stems and 3 pistacia stems.

A natural woven basket with a tall handle and pale ribbon frames the rounded flowers. The small stem count does not equal the number of blooms: alstroemeria and spray roses carry several flowers on branching stems. The close-up shows the petal shapes and white, pink and peach combination; the full view shows how the arrangement sits in its basket.

Leave the flowers in their support; no separate vase is required. If floral foam is used, add water slowly at the stem bases without wetting the weave or ribbon. Protect the surface beneath the basket from moisture and keep it away from heating.
