We prepare bouquets from fresh flowers and stand behind the condition of every order at handover. If you notice wilted buds or courier damage, contact us within 24 hours with a photo and order number - we will replace the flowers or issue a refund.
Cut flowers are living products. Plants of proper quality cannot be returned or exchanged. After 24 hours, bouquet freshness depends on care: water, trimming and room temperature.
- Before placing the flowers in a vase, cut 1-2 cm from the stems at an angle.
- Add Chrysal flower food to the water - a sachet and instructions are included.
- Change the water and trim the stems every day.
- Keep the bouquet in a cool place away from sun, drafts and heat.

Description
A pale pink rose sits beside two pink germini with light centres. Spray chrysanthemum and stock add smaller flowers and a white vertical accent. Wrapping in two shades of pink frames a soft combination for someone who prefers pastel colours.
There is one rose, two germini and one stem each of chrysanthemum and stock. Branching stems may carry more flowers than the stem count suggests. Refresh the cuts and choose a vase that supports the tied bouquet without crowding the flowers. Keep the water clean and place the bouquet in a cool spot out of direct sunlight.
We send a photograph of the prepared bouquet before delivery. Chișinău delivery or shop collection is arranged when the order is confirmed.
