We prepare bouquets from fresh flowers and stand behind the condition of every order at handover. If you notice wilted buds or courier damage, contact us within 24 hours with a photo and order number - we will replace the flowers or issue a refund.
Cut flowers are living products. Plants of proper quality cannot be returned or exchanged. After 24 hours, bouquet freshness depends on care: water, trimming and room temperature.
- Before placing the flowers in a vase, cut 1-2 cm from the stems at an angle.
- Add Chrysal flower food to the water - a sachet and instructions are included.
- Change the water and trim the stems every day.
- Keep the bouquet in a cool place away from sun, drafts and heat.

Description
The pink hatbox contains 15 stems of lisianthus with white and pink flowers and some unopened buds. A stem can carry several flowers, so the composition count is not a count of every visible bloom. The photographs show the lid raised behind the flowers and long ribbons hanging at the sides.
Choose this format for flowers already arranged in their container. Keep the box upright on a protected surface; do not fill it with water like a vase. Ask the florist for care instructions on arrival and keep the display away from direct heat.
We send a photo of the finished order before handing it to the courier. Delivery in Chișinău or collection from the shop is arranged when the order is confirmed.
