We prepare bouquets from fresh flowers and stand behind the condition of every order at handover. If you notice wilted buds or courier damage, contact us within 24 hours with a photo and order number - we will replace the flowers or issue a refund.
Cut flowers are living products. Plants of proper quality cannot be returned or exchanged. After 24 hours, bouquet freshness depends on care: water, trimming and room temperature.
- Before placing the flowers in a vase, cut 1-2 cm from the stems at an angle.
- Add Chrysal flower food to the water - a sachet and instructions are included.
- Change the water and trim the stems every day.
- Keep the bouquet in a cool place away from sun, drafts and heat.

Description
Black wrapping sets off the tulips and ranunculus in pink and lilac tones. Spray roses fill the spaces between larger flowers, with eucalyptus adding rounded grey-green leaves. A lilac ribbon continues the flower colours against the dark exterior.
The saved composition has seven ranunculus, 11 spray rose stems and 15 tulips, together with eucalyptus and pistacia. To retain the arrangement, transfer the bouquet into a stable vase without untying it. Refresh the cuts and remove leaves from the water. Check the water level daily and avoid warm locations.
We send a photograph of the finished bouquet before delivery. Chișinău delivery or shop collection is arranged when confirming the order.
