We prepare bouquets from fresh flowers and stand behind the condition of every order at handover. If you notice wilted buds or courier damage, contact us within 24 hours with a photo and order number - we will replace the flowers or issue a refund.
Cut flowers are living products. Plants of proper quality cannot be returned or exchanged. After 24 hours, bouquet freshness depends on care: water, trimming and room temperature.
- Before placing the flowers in a vase, cut 1-2 cm from the stems at an angle.
- Add Chrysal flower food to the water - a sachet and instructions are included.
- Change the water and trim the stems every day.
- Keep the bouquet in a cool place away from sun, drafts and heat.

Description
Fifteen pale pink roses form a rounded bouquet with petals folded outwards. White and very light pink wrapping carries the soft colour scheme through the presentation. Compared with the five-rose versions, this bouquet has a fuller surface of flowers, without eucalyptus or other plants between them.
The volume comes from the stem count and the French-style petal treatment. Have a stable vase ready with enough space for the stems. Refresh their ends before putting the bouquet in water, check the level daily and keep the flowers away from direct sun and sources of heat.
We send a photograph of the prepared bouquet before delivery. Chișinău delivery or shop collection is arranged when the order is confirmed.

Все прошло хорошо
Выбирали букет вместе с детьми. Бутоны распределены равномерно, без заметных пустот. Вживую оттенки оказались даже приятнее.
