We prepare bouquets from fresh flowers and stand behind the condition of every order at handover. If you notice wilted buds or courier damage, contact us within 24 hours with a photo and order number - we will replace the flowers or issue a refund.
Cut flowers are living products. Plants of proper quality cannot be returned or exchanged. After 24 hours, bouquet freshness depends on care: water, trimming and room temperature.
- Before placing the flowers in a vase, cut 1-2 cm from the stems at an angle.
- Add Chrysal flower food to the water - a sachet and instructions are included.
- Change the water and trim the stems every day.
- Keep the bouquet in a cool place away from sun, drafts and heat.

Description
The box gives this arrangement a heart-shaped outline filled with 29 red roses. A red ribbon continues the colour scheme, with no other flowers or sweets in the composition. It suits a gift where the roses should arrive in a display container rather than a bouquet that needs transferring to a vase.
The stems are held in floral foam. Leave them in the box and add water in small amounts directly to the support, avoiding the petals and cardboard walls. Check the foam daily and use a protective surface beneath the arrangement. Keep it away from direct heat.
We send a photograph of the prepared arrangement before delivery. Chișinău delivery or shop collection is arranged when the order is confirmed.
