We prepare bouquets from fresh flowers and stand behind the condition of every order at handover. If you notice wilted buds or courier damage, contact us within 24 hours with a photo and order number - we will replace the flowers or issue a refund.
Cut flowers are living products. Plants of proper quality cannot be returned or exchanged. After 24 hours, bouquet freshness depends on care: water, trimming and room temperature.
- Before placing the flowers in a vase, cut 1-2 cm from the stems at an angle.
- Add Chrysal flower food to the water - a sachet and instructions are included.
- Change the water and trim the stems every day.
- Keep the bouquet in a cool place away from sun, drafts and heat.

Description
A pink heart-shaped box brings red roses and Kinder Surprise together in two distinct sections. The arrangement includes 19 roses and 10 chocolate eggs, so the sweets are part of the gift itself rather than a separate add-on. The box supports the flowers and can go straight onto a table without a vase.
The roses sit in floral foam. Add water carefully to the flower section only, keeping the cardboard and sweet wrappers dry. Leave the stems in place. For a gift intended for a child, check the age guidance and allergen information on the Kinder packaging.
We send a photograph of the prepared arrangement before delivery. Chișinău delivery or shop collection is arranged when the order is confirmed.
