We prepare bouquets from fresh flowers and stand behind the condition of every order at handover. If you notice wilted buds or courier damage, contact us within 24 hours with a photo and order number - we will replace the flowers or issue a refund.
Cut flowers are living products. Plants of proper quality cannot be returned or exchanged. After 24 hours, bouquet freshness depends on care: water, trimming and room temperature.
- Before placing the flowers in a vase, cut 1-2 cm from the stems at an angle.
- Add Chrysal flower food to the water - a sachet and instructions are included.
- Change the water and trim the stems every day.
- Keep the bouquet in a cool place away from sun, drafts and heat.

Description
Seventy-five Candlelight roses fill a white woven basket with an arched handle and long ribbons. The open petals combine cream and yellow shades with warmer centres. Some roses rise above the handle, while others form the broad outer edge of the arrangement.
The arrangement has a broad outline, with the outer roses facing outwards. For an event or a generous floral gift, choose a stable surface and a spacious spot in advance. Leave room around the basket so the outer roses are not pressed against a wall or furniture.
There is no need to take the arrangement apart and transfer it to a vase. Keep it away from direct sunlight, radiators and strong draughts. If the stems are set in floral foam, check its moisture and carefully add water at the base of the flowers without soaking the basket or ribbons.

Получательница отдельно похвалила свежесть цветов. Букет привезли к началу праздника, как и договаривались.
